Kia K5 Pro version unveiled

Kia Motors officially released the rendering of Kia K5Pro, and revealed that the car will be in the 2018 Guangzhou Auto Show.

The appearance of the new car is basically the same as that of the foreign version. The front middle net is recessed inward, and the headlight group is directly connected to it. The vents at the front bumper are larger in size, and the “L” vents on the sides correspond to the front vents. The rear part of the car is also designed with a slip-back image for a sporty look. The body length, width and height are 4855x1835x1475mm and the wheelbase is 2805mm.

The interior design of the new car uses a new style of three-spoke multi-function steering wheel, large-size LCD screen, electronic handbrake, and a small optimization of the physical button layout in the central control area, making the car look more simple and atmospheric.

In terms of power, the new car will continue to carry the 2.0L naturally aspirated engine and the 1.6T turbocharged engine of the current model, with a maximum power of 161 hp (118 kW) and 180 hp (132 kW). As a reference for the transmission, the current 2.0L engine is matched with a 6-speed automatic manual transmission, while the 1.6T engine is matched with a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission.
